Dec 18, 2017

Dr. Armando T. Quitain visited Wuerzburg University (Wuerzburg, Germany) upon the invitation of Prof. Anke Krueger of the Faculty of Chemistry and Pharmacy of the Institute of Organic Chemistry December 12-13, 2017. He also delivered a talk at the institute entitled "Sustainable Green Chemistry Using Microwave, CO2 and H2O." An MOU between the Faculty of Chemistry and Pharmacy (Wuerzburg University) and Faculty of Advanced Science and Technology (Kumamoto University) has been submitted, and will soon be ready for signing. The MOU will further strengthen high-level research collaboration and student exchanges in the areas of carbon/nanodiamond catalysis in synergy with microwave, supercritical fluids, photocatalysis, CO2 reduction technologies and surface chemistry which have already been started about 5 years ago.
