《 Recruitment “Foreign Postdoctoral Researcher Invitational Program for Strategic International Growth” FY2024 》

The International Research Organization for Advanced Science & Technology (IROAST) aims to create “international research centers where exceptional researchers gather from around the world.” Toward that end, it has made “recruiting exceptional professionals from overseas” a main pillar of its international strategy, seeking to create a brain-circulation center environment that brings together distinguished researchers from around Japan and overseas.

As a part of such efforts, since Fiscal Year 2022, IROAST has been offering the “Foreign Postdoctoral Researcher Invitational Program for Strategic International Growth” that help the young researchers grow into the next generation of leaders at the University and contribute to the circulation of great minds not only at the University but throughout Japan as well.

Currently, five postdoctoral researchers have been working on their researches (Click here to read the post-doctoral researcher feature article), and we have decided to recruit additional postdoctoral researchers.

If you are interested in participate in this program, please submit your application documents to IROAST by May 31 (Fri), 2024 via host faculty members in the science and technology field at the University who has given his/her consent to accept you, according to the application guidelines.

　国際先端科学技術研究機構（IROAST）では「世界中から優秀な研究者が集う国際的な研究拠点の形成」実現を目指すため、国際戦略の主要な柱の一つとして「海外からの優秀な人材の獲得」を掲げており、国内外から卓越した研究者が集まる頭脳循環拠点としての環境整備を行っています。その一環として、若手研究者に研究機会を提供することで、本学の次世代を担う人材を育成し、本学だけでなく我が国の頭脳循環に寄与することを目的に令和４年度より標記事業を実施しているところです。

現在、ポスドク研究者（特別研究員）５名が研究に取り組んでいるところですが （ポスドク研究者特集記事はこちら）、このたび、さらに今年度も募集を行うことといたしました。

つきましては、応募を希望する場合は、公募要項にそって、受入の了承を得た本学の自然科学分野の受入教員を通じ 応募書類を令和６年５月３１日（金）までにIROASTに必着にてご提出ください。
