〈第3回募集〉Call for the 3rd Application

標記のとおり、第3回募集を実施いたしますので、お知らせいたします。今回は予算の都合上、受入教員の先生方を対象に、今年度来日のないIROAST客員（准）教授で、次年度も客員教授・准教授として活動いただける方に限って募集いたします。ついては、本プログラムを別添「募集要領」のとおり実施いたしますので、積極的に活用いただき、招へい計画がありましたら、下記の提出書類を担当まで提出願います。
なお、本プログラムの招へいは、令和6年2月29日までに完了する計画を対象としますので、ご留意願います。

１．提出書類  　
　・申請書（様式1）（DOC 27KB）
　・予定経費に係る見積書（様式自由）
　・被招へい者（客員教授等）との主要な往復文書等（メールでのやりとりも可）の写し　

２．提出締切
　令和 ６年　１月  １０日（水）
　＊今年度最後の募集となります。

締め切り後の申請は受け付けませんので、時間に余裕を持って申請ください。

We are pleased to announce the third open call for applications as described above.

Due to budget constraints, the third call is limited to host faculties of IROAST Visiting (Associate) Professors who has not visited KU this year and is willing to continue as visiting professors or associate professors for the next fiscal year.
We call for application for IROAST Visiting Professor and Visiting Associate Professor Invitation program 2023 as attached. If you wish to apply, please submit the necessary forms below to IROAST by the deadline.
Please take this opportunity positively to promote the international joint research.
*Note that the invitee arrives home country by 29th February, 2024.

  • Application form (Form1) （DOC 27KB）
  • Estimated Expenses (no specific form)
  • Important correspondence (emails are also acceptable) exchanged with the person being invited (visiting (associate) professors)

Deadline: Wednesday, January 10, 2024
