Dr. Yan XIAO Visits IROAST from Zhejiang University

 Professor Yan XIAO from Zhejiang University (China) visits Associate Professor Gaochuang CAI at IROAST and had meeting with Prof. TAKASHIMA, IROAST Director, together with Dr. CAI on April 3, 2024.
 Dr. XIAO was used to be a Ph.D student in Kyushu University and communicated with Director TAKASHIMA in Japanese. After receiving an intention that he and Dr. CAI would like to exchange MoUs and start joint research, Dr. TAKASHIMA proposed him to be an IROAST visiting professor.
 Dr. XIAO will stay in Dr. CAI's lab for a few days to discuss about an international symposium that Dr. CAI will co-host next year and today he has taken a tour of the laboratories in Kumamoto University.
Dr. XIAO is a very notable researcher in the field of "Civil and Structural Engineering" and has been selected as one of the Highly Cited Chinese Researchers in the said field for many times.
