Prof. Takashi Hiyama, the Director of IROAST, Prof. Carlos Esplugues and Prof. Silvia Barona signed the Memorandum of Understanding for the Establishment of Valencia-Kumamoto International Laboratory for Education and Research at Universitat de València on January 19, 2017.
