A new paper by Associate Professor Atsushi SAINOKI (IROAST International Joint Research Faculty Member/FAST*) titled "Failure mechanism of transversely isotropic schist under Brazilian test using real-time X-ray nano tomography scanning" has just been published online in Engineering Fracture Mechanics, and was added to the "Publications" site as an IROAST achievement.
This is the co-authored paper with Dr. Zeinab ALIABADIAN who had worked in Sainoki lab as a Kumamoto University Guest Scholar for two years (2020/Dec/7-2022/Nov/21) under the JSPS’s Program “Postdoctoral Fellowships for Research in Japan” and also the result of the research in the IROAST Research Cluster "Development of Microbially-Aided Carbon Sequestration Technology" coordinated by Dr. Sainoki.
