[Activity Report] Two IROAST Visiting Associate Professors stayed at Kida Laboratory for 1week

With the support of the “IROAST Visiting Professor and Visiting Associate Professor Invitation Program”, Visiting Associate Professor Daio ZAPPA (Associate Professor, University of Brescia, Italy) and IROAST Visiting Professor Tung TRAN, (Lecturer and Senior Research Researcher, University of Adelaide, Australia), stayed at Kumamoto University from November 14-22, hosted by Professor Tetsuya KIDA (Faculty of Advanced Science and Engineering).

During the first half of their stay, they attended the 15th International Conference on Asian Chemical Sensors held in Kitakyushu (Nov.17-20), Japan, together with Prof. Kida and his laboratory members.

After that, they returned to Kumamoto University and gave a lecture at the IROAST Seminar. At the seminar on the 22nd of November.

At the seminar, they had active discussions with faculty and students in the university and shared information on the latest research.
