IROAST Distinguished Professor Yufeng ZHENG Started his one-week Research Work in IROAST

IROAST Distinguished Professor Yufeng ZHENG (School of Materials Science and Engineering, Peking University, China) started his activities at Kumamoto University today on December 9th.
Today morning, Prof. Zheng visited Dr. Takashima, Director of IROAST, and exchanged views on the schedule.
During his one-week stay at IROAST, he will conduct international joint research with the laboratory of his host, Associate Professor Yoji Mine (FAST*), as well as research in other fields of science and engineering and even in medical-engineering collaboration across departments, and will give a lecture at a seminar to be held on the 11th.
Professor Zheng's visit is expected to lead to the development of cutting-edge research projects through interdisciplinary fusion at the university.
