IROAST Research Internship Programs Coordinated by Dr. CAI Starts This Week

Ms. Zhichun WU, a master's student at Zhengzhou University (China), is participating in the IROAST Research Internship Program organized by Associate Professor Gaochuang CAI of IROAST.

A kick-off meeting was held online on October 15, where Ms. Wu was briefed on the details of the program and discussed her overall research plan. The face-to-face internship at Kumamoto University will begin on November 1. The first eight weeks of the internship will be supported by IROAST, followed by the remaining approximately three months supported by her home university, Zhengzhou University, so the total duration of the internship will be five months until the end of March 2025.
Dr. Cai's acceptance of students from Zhengzhou University through this internship program has taken place every year and has led to the acquisition of excellent students from Zhengzhou University, and it is also a good opportunity for students to try out Kumamoto University.
