Prof. Breul from Université Clermont Auvergne visits IROAST

On April 10, 2019, Professor Pierre Breul from Université Clermont Auvergne, France, visited IROAST and met with IROAST Director Takashi Hiyama. Professor Breul and IROAST Vice-Director Jun Otani signed an MOU in January to facilitate research collaboration between Professor Breul's research group, the Groupe Géotechnique of the Institut Pascal, and Professor Otani's X-Earth Center, Faculty of Engineering. At the meeting, they discussed the possibilities of their future research collaboration and Professor Breul's Visiting Professorship at IROAST.
