9月29日に、小林牧子教授(熊本大学大学院先端科学研究部/IROAST国際共同研究員)と田邉将之助教が世話人となり第100回IROASTセミナーが開催され、オーストラリアのサザンクイーンズランド大学のU.Rajendra Acharya教授（IROAST卓越教授）が、「ヘルスケアにおけるAIの応用」に関する興味深い講演をおこないました。

500 以上の論文を発表しているアチャリヤ教授によるAI のヘルスケアへの応用に関する講演に、会場またはオンラインで参加した学内の教員や学生は熱心に耳を傾けていました。

The 100th IROAST Seminar, organized by Prof. Makiko Kobayashi (FAST, Kumamoto University/IROAST International Joint Research Faculty Member) and Dr. Masayuki Tanabe, was held on September 29, 2023, and featured Prof. U. Rajendra Acharya, IROAST Distinguished Professor and Professor at the University of Southern Queensland, Australia.

Faculty members and students from the campus attended either on-site or online, listened with great interest to Prof. Acharya’s lecture on AI applications on health care, who has published over 500 publications.
