IROAST Visiting Professor Maria Jose Cocero, from the University of Valladolid, Spain, gave talks at the 36th IROAST Seminar. The seminar was organized by Professor Tetsuya Kida from the Faculty of Advanced Science and Technology (FAST) and Professor Armando T. Quitain from the College of Cross-Cultural and Multidisciplinary Studies. Professor Cocero talked about “Understanding the Fundamentals of Biomass Fractionation in Sub/Supercritical Water.” and “Supercritical Water Oxidation for Clean Energy Production.” Some 40 students and faculty members attended the seminar and listened attentively.
