IROAST Visiting Professor, Dr. Jorge Beltramini (University of Queensland, Australia) and IROAST Young Faculty Member for International Joint Research, Dr. Armando T. Quitain were invited to give plenary talks related to catalytic biomass conversion technologies at the JST e-ASIA International Symposium and Workshop. This international symposium in conjunction with JISRI is a culminating activity for the Japan-Thai-Philippines Joint Research Project on the "Development of Functional Nanocarbon-Based Catalysts for Biomass Conversion Processes" between Kumamoto University, Chulalongkorn University and De La Salle University.
