Dr. Quitain is leaving for Spain soon!

Assistant Professor Dr. Armando T. Quitain, IROAST's Young Faculty Member for International Joint Research, is leaving for Spain soon to conduct research collaboration at University of Valladolid for half a year.  Before he leaves, he visited Director Hiyama in his office and talked about his plan in Spain. IROAST is looking forward to the result from his trip!
