On May 22, 2018, Distinguished Professor Laszlo Pusztai of IROAST hosted a small (15 person) gathering of students, faculty, and administration staff. The professor talked about his family, home country of Hungary, career, and current research on water-ethanol liquid mixtures. The audience enjoyed the photos of Hungary and other countries where the professor worked and lived with his family throughout his life. After the presentation, Professor Pusztai treated everyone to his homemade Hungarian coconut balls, “Kókuszgolyó” in Hungarian, and beverages imported from Hungary 🙂
