IROAST Distinguished Professor U. Rajendra ACHARYA (Professor, University of Southern Queensland) visited Director TAKASHIMA with Dr. Masayuki TANABE, his research collaborator in Kumamoto University. During this short stay, he will hold lectures for graduate students and faculty members and discuss international joint research with his host faculty member, Prof. Makiko KOBAYASHI’s Research Cluster "Advanced Biomedical Evaluation System". The 100th IROAST seminar with Distinguished Prof. ACHARYA will be held on Friday, September 29, bas a hybrid of on-site and online sessions.
Dr. Prabal Datta BARUA, Adjunct Professor of University of Southern Queensland and Ph.D. student of GSST, Kumamoto University, who is also collaborating with IROAST, also joined to our discussion on how to develop future collaboration between two institutes.
