[Updated Publications & Press Release]-Paper by Dr. HIGAKI (published on Dec. 2024)

A paper by Professor Takumi HIGAKI (IROAST International Joint Research Faculty Member/FAST*) titled "Deep learning-based cytoskeleton segmentation for accurate high-throughput measurement of cytoskeleton density", was published online in the scientific journal "Current Biology"-New Methods in Cell Biology- on December 18, 2024, and has been added to the website "Publications" as an IROAST's achievement accordingly.
In addition, these results of research were released to media press as press release on December 19, 2024.
This research is the results in IROAST Research Cluster "Digital Plant Cell Biology" coordinated by him and its publication is supported by "IROAST Proof Reading Support Programs FY2024"
